By now, you should have received your new card in the mail.The new Voyage FCU debit card looks a bit different. That little gold “chip” is the latest security feature to protect our valued members.

Unlike traditional cards, the chip has:

  • Added counterfeit protection
  • Enhanced identity validation
  • Improved transaction authentication
  • Tokenized personal info for safe mobile use

But why is this important?
The more you use your debit card online and through mobile purchases, the more security your daily life demands. Voyage is stepping up to the plate to secure your spending and add security from the checkout line to the “Add to Cart” screen.

Voyage FCU offers access to two different ATM networks – the Co-Op Network, which offers as many as 30,000 ATMs nationwide, and Moneypass, which boasts more than 25,000 ATMs nationwide (and even 65+ in Sioux Falls).


*US-issued cards only. Visa’s Zero Liability policy does not apply to commercial card or ATM transactions, or to PIN transactions not processed by Visa.

If your ATM / Debit Card is lost or stolen, please call Voyage Federal Credit Union at the following telephone numbers immediately to report your card missing. We need to document information and order a card replacement. If you are calling during the weekend or holiday, please call the After Hours number.

Bill Pay

Click! gives you all the control to pay your bills from one central page and many can be processed on the same day or the next day. Set them up to pay automatically, pay them individually when the bill arrives, or pay them in advance if you know you will be out of town. To get started, simply log onto Click! The Bill Pay tab does not appear if you have not enrolled in bill pay.
The Bill Pay XL tab appears for everyone-even if you have not enrolled in bill pay.
Payment Calendar
The Payment Calendar hyperlink under the Bill Pay tab displays scheduled bill payments on a five week (Sunday to Saturday) calendar.
A payment calendar does not exist. Instead, once you have scheduled your payment, it appears on the Payment Center page under the Pending Payments section.
Scheduling Payments
You choose the "Send On" date. The system designates the "Deliver By" date which is typically three business days for electronic payments and five business days for paper checks.
You choose the date you want the payee to receive the payment. There is a small fee for same day or next day payments. For dates selected beyond tomorrow or the next day, no fee will be assessed.
When funds are deducted from the checking account
The funds are deducted on the evening of the "Send On" date.
The funds are deducted after the payee receives the funds and presents a clearing request to the Credit Union.
Scheduling Account to Account Transfers
The Account to Account link under the Account Access tab has been removed.
First select the Bill PayXL tab then select the Transfer Money tab.
Scheduling Popmoney payments
Not offered.
First select the Bill PayXL tab then select the Popmoney tab. Popmoney is sometimes referred to as P2P or Person to Person payments.

ebills are delivered electronically from merchants to Bill PayXL. Many merchants participate.

Log in to your account.
Once in your account, click on the ‘Self Service’ tab located on the top right.
Under ‘Additional Services’ is a link for ‘eStatements’. Click and select account for paperless statements.


With Call!, Voyage Federal Credit Union 24-hour telephone teller system, you can access your accounts anytime day or night.  Simply call 605-336-1696 or 1-800-450-0541 and enter your member number as well as your password.  Call! is free to all Voyage Federal Credit Union members.

Pre-Authorized Payments/ACH

We accept pre-authorized payment orders initiated by creditors such as insurance companies, mortgage lenders and other financial institutions. Simply contact your creditor and ask if they originate pre-authorized payments via ACH (electronically) or by paper. Call us and we will give you the information you need to complete their pre-authorized agreement.

Direct Deposit

Use Direct Deposit to deposit payroll, Social Security and retirement checks automatically on time-every time. When using direct deposit, you can also authorize us to transfer loan payments on any of your Voyage FCU loans or transfer to any account you choose.

Payroll Deduction

We make it easy for you to save through payroll deduction. You decide how much you want deducted from your paycheck and we’ll take care of the rest. Loan payments may be made through your payroll deduction guaranteeing your loan payments to be made on time.

We encourage systematic savings. Direct Deposit and Payroll Deduction offer a painless and worry-free way to financial security.

Money Orders/Cashiers Checks

As a Voyage Federal Credit Union member, you can utilize our money orders or cashiers checks as a safe and sensible way to ensure that a bill has been paid. They come in handy when you need verification that payment was received.

Wire Transfers

We give you more ways to manage your account with wire transfers.  You can send money to or receive from anywhere in the United States.

Sending a wire transfer:
You need to provide Voyage Federal Credit Union with the following information for the wire destination:

  • Full name, address and account number of the beneficiary
  • The required bank information of the beneficiary
  • Dollar amount
  • There is a $25 fee for outgoing wires.

We are also able to send international wires.  Please contact us for further information.

Notary Service

All branch offices have a Notary Public on staff that is available for members at no charge. Notary service is sufficient for the majority of official documentation. Please remember to bring proper identification with you.

Coin Machine

We have a machine that automatically counts loose change. This service is free for members. The Coin Machine is located at our main branch location.
