As part of that effort, we would like to announce some exciting changes ahead!
Beginning on July 31, 2019, at 5:00 pm, we are replacing our old core system with a new and upgraded core technology system that will better prepare us for the future of technology in banking. In preparation for this planned system upgrade, you should be receiving a number of communications to help prepare you for the changes and help create as smooth of a transition as possible. Please make sure to read all communications thoroughly and reach out ahead of time if you have any questions.
This core system upgrade is a significant undertaking by the Voyage FCU team who have spent considerable time, research and analysis over the last couple years in order to make an informed decision. We are dedicated to providing you with an improved banking experience with innovation and security being of the utmost importance.
We realize you may have many questions about what is coming and hope the information we have put together below, will help answer those questions.
