Skip-A-Pay
In an effort to help relieve our members of the financial burden COVID-19 is placing on our lives, Voyage Federal Credit Union has made the decision to automatically skip ALL credit card payments* due in April 2020. In addition to this, Skip-A-Pay options are available for consumer loans with Voyage FCU. This is a very stressful time for everyone, and we do not want your finances to stress you out even more. Hopefully, this will help to ease the uncertainty of our current situation.

*Members do not need to sign anything or ask for the payment to be skipped, it will just happen. The account cannot be past due more than 60 days. If there is a previous payment due, this will only skip the new amount due for April. If the cardholder has an automatic ACH recurring payment, it WILL skip the ACH for the month of April and resume in May. Members can determine their eligibility by reviewing their statement to see the Due Date and Minimum Payment Due boxes contain the words “SKIP A PAY.”
