      Authorization to Obtain a Consumer Credit Report, Criminal Background Check, and FCRA Release of Information for Employment Purposes DISCLOSURE In considering you for employment and, if you are employed, in considering you for subsequent promotion, assignment, reassignment, retention, or discipline, Voyage Federal Credit Union, may request and rely upon one or more consumer reports or investigative consumer reports about you that we obtain from a consumer reporting agency. For explanation purposes: a “consumer report” is a written, oral or other communication of any information by a consumer reporting agency bearing on your credit worthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living which is used or expected to be used or collected in whole or in part for the purpose of serving as a factor in making an employment-related decision about you.Such information may include, for example, credit information, criminal history reports, or driving records; and b. an “investigative consumer report” is a consumer report in which information on your character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with your prior employers, neighbors, friends, or associates, or with others who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information.In the event an investigative consumer report is requested about you, you are entitled to additional disclosures regarding the nature and scope of the investigation requested, as well as a written summary of your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”). I hereby release Voyage Federal Credit Union and its agents, officials, representatives or assigned agencies, including officers, employees or related personnel, both individually and collectively, from any and all liability for damages of whatever kind, which may at any time result to me, my heirs, family or associates because of compliance with this authorization and request to release.     Sending a Wire Transfer

    You need to provide Voyage FCU with the following information for the wire destination:

    • Full name, address and account number with beneficiary
    • The required bank information of the beneficiary
    • Total Dollar amount

    There is a $25 ($50 foreign wire) fee for outgoing wires.

    Deck the Halls by Skipping a Loan Payment this Holiday Season!!

    The holidays can be stressful times so why should your finances stress you out even more? Our Annual *Skip-a-Pay program offers you the opportunity to skip a loan payment during one month of your choosing (November, December, or January) so that you can use those funds to ease the financial stress of the holidays. Hopefully, this will make that trip over the river and through the woods to Grandma’s house a little bit more joyful for all.

    The 2020 program details will be available in October 2020. If you have any questions regarding the program, give us a call with any questions you may have at 605.338.2533.

     

    *Members can skip one month only: November, December or January. This pass cannot be used within 6 months of the loan origination date. Must be a member in good standing to qualify.  If the original loan agreement includes GAP insurance, members are limited to skipping two payments during their loan term. The Skip A Pay Pass is not allowed on Home Loans, Visa Credit Cards or Business Loans. We must receive a signed Skip A Pay Pass and the processing fee 10 days prior to the payment due date of the skipped month. A $20.00 processing fee applies to each loan skipped. Voyage Federal Credit Union will use 50% of the processing fee towards charitable donations.
