Lost or Stolen Credit Card

If your Credit Card is lost or stolen, or you suspect fraud, please call 1-844-845-8944 immediately to report the issue.  We need to document information and order a card replacement.

In order to better serve you, please have your name, card number and any other pertinent information available when calling.

Debit Card Activation

To activate your new Voyage debit card, call 1-800-992-3808.

Donation Request

The donation request form should be received at least a month prior to the event. Requests are submitted to our Community Involvement Committee.

There is a $5 fee for incoming wires.

Sending a Wire Transfer

You need to provide Voyage FCU with the following information for the wire destination:

• Full name, address and account number with beneficiary
• The required bank information of the beneficiary
• Total Dollar amount

There is a $25 ($50 foreign wire) fee for outgoing wires.

Skip-a-Pay is now closed until November 2023.

Skip-a-Pay program offers you the opportunity to skip a loan payment during one month of your choosing (November, December, or January) so that you can use those funds to ease the financial stress of the holidays.
